Hand Dyed Yarn Inspiration:
This colourway of hand-dyed yarn was inspired by some winter walks.
My family and I love to visit our local woodland. On a cold November day a few years ago, we took a walk through a woodland that was predominantly Birch, below, bracken wore its autumn cloak, rich in oranges and browns.
The mingling of the colours was simply stunning and the image is still burned into my memory. The landscape and seasons are a source of inspiration for my yarn and thus 'Bracken Woodland' came to be. A celebration of the season and of nature.

My yarn bases come from a local supplier that prides itself in sourcing its fibre from reliable suppliers with best practices with regard to animal husbandry and the environment. I use acid dyes unless otherwise stated.
Disclaimer: I wash all my yarn with wool wash which may aggravate skins that are sensitive to such products. Darker colours may run, bleed or transfer and although I take every precaution to ensure colour fastness I cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by colour transfer or bleeding in a wash. Please ensure to follow the recommended washing instructions below.
Washing Instructions: Cool hand wash recommended. Wash separately.
*While I have tried to accurately represent the colours on the skeins, all skeins are unique and the colours may vary slightly according to your monitor. The colour intensity may vary slightly as each skein is unique because it is hand-dyed.
